Over due but so prepared!

Well, I was due yesterday, but still no sign of baby coming. However, we are finally completely ready. My partner's dad dropped off our beautifully restored rocking chair.

 

We picked this up from a charity shop for £5! I was so happy when we found it as its exactly what I'd wanted! It needed some love and care. The arms were done and wobbly. So, he took it as a small project to keep him busy. He redid all the arm pegs, sanded it, and gave it a lovely varnish.

Now, it's sitting proudly in my room with a cute cushion on it just waiting for baby to come and be used.

I've been too sleepy to do any crafting these last two days. Hopefully, being late wont drain me too much.
